Housing for the weekend is available in the homes of local dancers and in nearby hotels and motels.
We are happy to provide you with assistance in locating housing with a local dancer, if that request is submitted by October 1, 2024.
NOTE: Housing matches are not made until after the October 1 housing deadline so do not expect to hear from the Housing Coordinator until three weeks or less before the dance begins.
Guests …. PLEASE contact your hosts ahead of time to discuss when and where you will meet, particularly if you don’t think that you are going to be at the dance by the beginning of the break on Friday night.
It causes hosts a lot of anxiety when guests don’t warn them in advance that they are coming late or are not coming at all. If we get a report from your host that you failed to show without notifying them in advance, we won’t be providing you with housing assistance in the future.
Hosts … We strongly recommend arranging a meet-up time/place and establishing house rules in advance. This will lessen misunderstandings later.
